Regional Junior People and Culture Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support commercial operations in the Central Region (Warsaw, Pruszków, Lublin, Łódź, Kalisz, Mirków, Wrocław, Opole)
• Support Commercial Operations Leaders in people management, including team building, engagement, conflict resolution, and change management
• Manage PC processes including recruitment for commercial roles, employer branding, onboarding, performance reviews, and development planning
• Collaborate on designing and optimizing incentive systems (bonuses, commercial goals)
• Monitor key HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, onboarding efficiency, engagement) and analyze market trends
• Participate in HR projects such as structure standardization and leadership development
• Work closely with central People and Culture teams to implement HR policies

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior/Business Partner or 3 years in a similar role in a large organization
• Experience in commercial operations or retail business preferred
• Strong ability to build partner relationships with business stakeholders
• Understanding of commercial operations (KPIs, incentive systems, turnover, performance pressure)
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Valid Category B driver's license and readiness to travel within the Central Region
