Regional Human Resource and Administration Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global HR strategies that align with business objectives and organizational structure.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and training initiatives to attract and retain top global talent.
• Manage performance appraisal processes, employee engagement programs, and complex employee relations.
• Design and manage competitive global compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
• Ensure compliance with global labor laws, health and safety standards, and local tax regulations.
• Oversee office administration, vendor management, and HR budgets across global locations.
• Implement and oversee HRIS and utilize data analytics to monitor key HR metrics.
• Support the growth of the KSA office through strategic recruitment and retention efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a global or regional management role.
• Strong knowledge of global labor laws, compliance, and best practices.
• Proven experience with HR technology systems and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
• Expertise in change management and conflict resolution.
