Regional Hub Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage after-sales product support to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
• Lead repair facility culture, organizational health, and operational efficiency
• Implement and maintain processes for managing inventory, materials, facilities, and equipment
• Achieve operational performance, sales, profitability, and inventory goals
• Develop and execute strategic plans using marketing programs and field resources
• Manage Travel and Expense budgets as well as overall P&L budgets for the hub
• Build strong relationships with distributors, end-users, and sales forces
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of the local Product Service Team
• Ensure adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a sales or service field
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (relevant industry/operations experience may be considered a substitute)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage hourly employees
• Strong small business skills including inventory control, merchandising, and marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and meet daily, weekly, and quarterly productivity goals
• High degree of integrity, accountability, and motivation
