Regional HR Manager, Manufacturing (Multi-Site)

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner to plant and regional leaders, providing coaching and guidance on HR and business matters.
• Lead and develop the regional HR team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective business partnership.
• Collaborate with Global HR Centers of Expertise (COE) and Shared Services to design and implement data-driven HR solutions.
• Manage the full talent lifecycle, including workforce planning, attraction, onboarding, development, and retention.
• Oversee labor relations, including contract negotiation, enforcement, arbitration, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across all supported regions at federal, state, provincial, and local levels.
• Drive employee engagement, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with production goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience in Human Resources.
• Proven experience in employee relations and labor relations.
• Expertise in labor contract negotiation, construction, and enforcement.
• Experience with discipline administration, arbitration, and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage regulatory and legal compliance.
• Experience supporting operations within the US, Canada, and Mexico regions.
• Ability to travel up to 40% to support regional sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• SHRM-SCP certification.
• Master's degree or MBA.
