Regional HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, COEs, and Global HRBPs to provide high-quality commercial advisory support on employment topics.
• Understand business unit priorities, challenges, and goals across North America to align HR strategy.
• Ensure the effectiveness of programs affecting employee experience in partnership with relevant Centers of Excellence.
• Support local talent planning, retention, and succession planning discussions from a local perspective.
• Advise leaders on market requirements regarding performance management, restructuring, and changes to terms and conditions.
• Monitor local legislative changes and update policies in coordination with legal counsel.
• Proactively identify and highlight trends and themes impacting business goals.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of related HR experience, specifically within the Tech or semiconductor industry.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Jose, CA.
• Proven ability to build strong, credible relationships and be trusted at all levels of an organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and business acumen skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (sponsorship is not available).
