About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts and exit clearance
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy
- Assist in tracking employee leave, administering benefits, and supporting performance management cycles
- Coordinate regional HR activities across APAC, liaising with country teams to collect data and reports
- Manage recruitment logistics, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with authorities
- Manage general office administration, including supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor management
- Coordinate corporate travel and expense processes, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Serve as the first point of contact for basic HR queries regarding leave, benefits, and policies
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience or relevant internship experience for fresh graduates
- IHRP certification (e.g., IHRP-CA or IHRP-CP) or other basic HR certifications
