Responsibilities

• Operational management of five property management companies, including accounting, liquidity, and personnel planning
• Regular reporting of KPIs, financial results, and progress to the Berlin headquarters
• Analysis of existing processes and identification and implementation of efficiency increases
• Active integration of new portfolios and companies into your regional cluster
• Merging different corporate cultures into a modern team spirit
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of local teams and co-responsibility for recruiting in your region

Requirements

• Proven success in leading teams, ideally in the property management environment
• Several years of industry experience in property management with sound knowledge of WEG and rental law
• Practical experience in restructuring and the digital realignment of business areas
• Sound commercial know-how in P&L responsibility, financial planning, and common software
• Resilient personality with a strong hands-on mentality for daily operations
