About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive user growth and reactivation through local growth initiatives and experiments
- Launch and optimize acquisition and activation campaigns based on data and business priorities
- Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, product experiments, and continuous optimization
- Monitor key growth metrics, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Work cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, and Content teams to execute growth initiatives
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, or Product Growth
- Proven experience running end-to-end growth campaigns with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to drive decision-making
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
- Background in crypto, fintech, tech, e-commerce, or mobile apps preferred
- Native Ukrainian speaker with strong English and Russian communication skills
- Ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment
