Regional Growth Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic and acquisitive growth strategies for the Ontario and Atlantic regions.
• Oversee top-line accountability, including sales performance, ROI, capture rates, and pipeline integrity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and major accounts to drive business development.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and identifying emerging leaders.
• Identify and pursue strategic growth initiatives, including potential acquisitions and strategic hires.
• Partner with Regional Business Leaders to manage a profitable regional business and contribute to annual business plans.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's market position and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant work experience in a multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering (AEC) practice.
• Professional Degree and professional registration in your field of practice.
• Proven business development skills with the ability to meet performance targets and inspire teams.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in strategic planning and people management.
• Deep understanding of the regional market, including economic indicators and regulatory challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities.
