Regional Growth Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic and acquisitive growth strategies for the US Northeast Infrastructure region.
• Drive top-line revenue growth through strategic regional initiatives, client capture strategies, and service expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and major accounts, serving as an Account Sponsor where appropriate.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Center Practice Leaders, setting performance expectations and accountability.
• Identify and pursue potential acquisitions, group hires, and strategic hires to achieve diversification and growth targets.
• Monitor market drivers, megatrends, and regulatory challenges to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Leaders and Sector Leaders to align pursuit strategies and cross-sell services.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant work experience within a multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering (AEC) practice.
• Proven business development skills with the ability to meet performance targets and inspire teams.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in people management, coaching, and succession planning.
• Deep understanding of the regional market and the ability to identify growth opportunities ahead of competitors.
• Professional Degree and relevant registration in your field of practice.
• Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning and managing large-scale pursuit budgets (>$5M).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance results and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary and multi-business unit teams.
