Regional Growth Leader, Infrastructure US West

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic and acquisitive growth strategies for the US West Infrastructure region.
• Drive top-line revenue growth through strategic regional initiatives and client capture strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and major accounts within the region.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Center Practice Leaders to meet sales and performance targets.
• Identify and pursue potential acquisitions, group hires, and strategic hires to achieve diversification.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Leaders to manage a profitable regional business and contribute to annual business plans.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's market position and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant work experience in a multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering (AEC) practice.
• Proven business development skills with the ability to meet performance targets and inspire teams.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in people management, coaching, and succession planning.
• Deep understanding of the regional market, including megatrends, regulatory challenges, and economic indicators.
• Professional Degree in a relevant field.
• Professional registration is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing large-scale strategic pursuits (>$5M in Net Revenue).
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget preparation and revenue forecasting.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary and multi-sector teams in a collaborative environment.
