Regional Growth Leader, Infrastructure US South

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic and acquisitive growth strategies for the Infrastructure sector in the US South region.
• Oversee top-line accountability, including sales performance, ROI, capture rates, and pipeline integrity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and major accounts to drive business development.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering collaboration across different business centers and practice leaders.
• Identify and pursue strategic growth initiatives, including potential acquisitions and strategic hires.
• Support corporate campaign initiatives and align regional efforts with company-wide growth goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador within the industry to enhance market position and visibility.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant work experience within a multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering (AEC) practice.
• Proven business development skills with a track record of meeting performance targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and assemble high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of the regional market, including economic indicators, regulatory challenges, and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities.

• Professional Degree in a relevant field of practice.
• Professional registration/licensure in your field of practice.
