Regional Growth Leader, Infrastructure US Northeast

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic and acquisitive growth strategies for the US Northeast Infrastructure region.
• Oversee top-line accountability, including sales performance, ROI, capture rates, and pipeline integrity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and major accounts to drive business development.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Center Practice Leaders to achieve regional performance metrics.
• Identify and support the region's top strategic pursuits and manage pursuit budgets.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Leaders to drive revenue growth and manage profitable regional operations.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's market position and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant work experience within a multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering (AEC) practice.
• Proven business development skills with a track record of meeting performance targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of the regional market, including economic indicators, regulatory challenges, and industry trends.
• Professional Degree and relevant registration in your field of practice.
• Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning and executing large-scale corporate growth initiatives.
• Ability to manage complex, high-value client portfolios and account sponsorship.
• Strong financial acumen regarding budget management and net revenue forecasting.
