Regional Growth Leader, Infrastructure US North Central

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic and acquisitive growth strategies for the US North Central Infrastructure region.
• Oversee top-line accountability, including sales performance, ROI, capture rates, and pipeline integrity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and major accounts to drive business development.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and cross-selling across business centers.
• Identify and pursue strategic growth initiatives, including potential acquisitions and strategic hires.
• Support the development of technical proposals and participate in go/no-go decisions for large-scale pursuits.
• Act as a brand ambassador to advance the company's market position and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant work experience within a multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering (AEC) practice.
• Proven business development skills with a track record of meeting performance targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of the regional market, including economic indicators and regulatory challenges.
• Professional Degree in a relevant field.

• Professional registration in your field of practice.
• Extensive experience in strategic planning and market expansion within the infrastructure sector.
