Regional Growth Director, Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic and acquisition-based growth strategies for the Quebec infrastructure region.
• Drive revenue growth by overseeing revenue-generating activities and managing the business development budget.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and major accounts.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory challenges, and economic indicators to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead strategic "go/no-go" decisions and budget discussions for major regional opportunities.
• Foster internal collaboration across different business centers and functions to promote cross-selling.
• Act as a brand ambassador and strategic advisor to identify and develop emerging talent.

Requirements

• Professional degree (and relevant professional designation/title where applicable).
• 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a multidisciplinary firm.
• Proven expertise in business development and strategic market expansion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mobilize teams and drive collaborative growth.
• Deep understanding of regional markets and the infrastructure sector.
• Excellent communication and commercial acumen.
