About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operation of regional workshops, controlling assigned budgets and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate the performance of regional coordinators and supervisors.
- Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all units within the geographic zone.
- Administer and optimize the regional financial budget for maintenance, including the procurement of spare parts, tires, and external services.
- Design and evaluate annual technical and safety training plans for mechanics in collaboration with HR and key providers.
- Oversee the proper use of workshop infrastructure, vehicle inventory, and spare parts warehouses within the region.
Requirements
- Completed Engineering degree.
- 5 years of professional experience in fleet or workshop management.
- Intermediate proficiency in SAP.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
