About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Area Leadership Team in the strategic and profitable development of the Region
- Provide operational and financial expertise to Region/Area representatives and Hotels to assist decision making
- Coordinate regional reporting activities and analyze financial information to appraise profitability and performance
- Identify opportunities for improving management control and achieving corporate objectives
- Act as a mentor to Hotel Financial Controllers within the Region
- Provide input to ADFC regarding Business Development and Asset Management
Requirements
- Professional Accounting Qualification and/or relevant experience
- Experience as a Hotel Financial Controller or similar role
- Experience managing multiple business units
- Proven experience in owner-level communications
- Fluency in French and English
