Regional Finance Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for regional leadership
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple business units and countries
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions
• Support cost tracking, profitability analysis, and financial modeling
• Prepare reports and presentations for finance and business review meetings
• Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
• Assist in improving finance processes through automation and standardization initiatives
• Support internal controls, compliance activities, and financial documentation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
• Previous internship or project experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics is preferred
