About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic liaison between the Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC) and local business units
- Monitor, interpret, and adjust FSSC metrics to drive performance and transparency
- Lead process optimization workshops and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or business partnering
- Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) and finance metrics analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with change management in multicultural environments
- Knowledge of Oracle E Business Suite
- Strong project management and root cause analysis skills
