Regional Field Leader, Kidney

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional team of up to 10 Kidney Territory Account Managers (KTAMs), including recruiting, hiring, and retaining high-performing talent.
• Establish clear business plans, metrics, and goals for the assigned region to drive results and product awareness.
• Provide strategic guidance and coaching to direct reports to optimize team performance and achieve forecast goals.
• Build long-term account relationships within nephrology centers of care and manage business territory plans.
• Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders, such as the Marketing Team, to shape performance-driving approaches.
• Model ethics, integrity, and compliance in all interactions with external stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare or biopharmaceuticals (sales, marketing, or equivalent).
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven experience in strategic account management, specifically navigating centers of care in specialty or rare disease environments.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel by car or airplane up to 80% of the time.
• Ability to live and work within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in nephrology and competitive selling.
• Experience launching products in specialty care or rare disease markets.
