Regional Fiduciary Officer - Business Accountability Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop teams of specialists and managers to oversee complex business-specific programs, processes, and controls
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation, and control strategies
• Interpret and develop policies and procedures to execute programs and initiatives within the scope of responsibility
• Collaborate with and influence senior managers, business heads, regulators, legal, and audit partners
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Requirements

• 7+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the trust services industry
• Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) or Juris Doctor (JD)
• Proven ability to resolve escalated and complex issues in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills
