Regional Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute maintenance programs and capital improvement projects across assigned regions
• Develop project milestones, budgets, and RFPs while engaging necessary vendors
• Coordinate with Venue Management to provide weekly schedule and progress updates
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment using various hand and power tools
• Build and manage preventative maintenance programs for machines, equipment, and venue facilities
• Manage repair and maintenance budgets in collaboration with Venue Operations Teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and construction techniques
• Ability to interpret construction blueprints and equipment manuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to be certified in Forklift and Manlift operations
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform constant walking, climbing, and lifting
• Ability to travel heavily throughout specified regions

Preferred Qualifications

• AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
