About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute maintenance programs and capital improvement projects across assigned regions
- Develop project milestones, budgets, and RFPs while engaging necessary vendors
- Coordinate with Venue Management to provide weekly schedule and progress updates
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment using various hand and power tools
- Build and manage preventative maintenance programs for machines, equipment, and venue facilities
- Manage repair and maintenance budgets in collaboration with Venue Operations Teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and construction techniques
- Ability to interpret construction blueprints and equipment manuals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to be certified in Forklift and Manlift operations
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform constant walking, climbing, and lifting
- Ability to travel heavily throughout specified regions
Preferred Qualifications
- AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
