Regional Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities across a multi-site estate
• Lead capex projects from initial planning through to successful delivery
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and statutory maintenance requirements
• Drive cost efficiencies and manage contractor performance
• Work closely with site leaders to improve facilities and operational standards
• Own supplier relationships, including tenders and service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar facilities management role
• Strong knowledge and experience in Health & Safety management
• Proven experience in setting and managing budgets
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Ability to work effectively without direct supervision and travel regularly to various sites

Preferred Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, or building services
• OSH/NEBOSH certification
• Membership of BIFM
