About the role
Responsibilities
- Managing FM across a multi-site estate
- Leading capex projects from planning through to delivery
- Ensuring full compliance with H&S and statutory maintenance
- Driving cost efficiencies and contractor performance
- Working closely with site leaders to improve facilities and operations
- Owning supplier relationships, tenders, and service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Facilities Management role
- Background in a fast-paced sector such as logistics, construction, retail, or manufacturing
- Experience managing multiple sites and contractors
- Strong understanding of H&S and compliance
- Ability to manage budgets, capex, and projects
- Willingness to travel across the region regularly
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or BIFM certification
- Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or building services
