Regional Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing FM across a multi-site estate
• Leading capex projects from planning through to delivery
• Ensuring full compliance with H&S and statutory maintenance
• Driving cost efficiencies and contractor performance
• Working closely with site leaders to improve facilities and operations
• Owning supplier relationships, tenders, and service delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Facilities Management role
• Background in a fast-paced sector such as logistics, construction, retail, or manufacturing
• Experience managing multiple sites and contractors
• Strong understanding of H&S and compliance
• Ability to manage budgets, capex, and projects
• Willingness to travel across the region regularly
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or BIFM certification
• Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or building services
