Regional Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to review curb appeal, maintenance projects, productivity, inventories, and adherence to policies
• Ensure facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards including environmental programs
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements while maintaining quality
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct training drills
• Monitor KPIs such as make-ready and work-order completion times to assess maintenance team performance
• Assist with capital budget development, bid analysis, and project management
• Support due diligence, transitions, and quarterly community standards inspections
• Foster a collaborative environment and deliver training to build maintenance team bench strength

Requirements

• Extensive experience in facilities management with a strategic mindset
• Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning and resource allocation
• Understanding of current legal responsibilities of properties
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead and manage a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, and Outlook
• Flexibility to work non-standard schedules and more than 40 hours per week
• Consistent, regular, in-person attendance during working hours required
