Regional Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of hard facilities services (HVAC, electrical, drainage) and soft services (janitorial, waste, pest control) at operational sites.
• Own strategic, tactical, and technology projects within Amazon NA Fulfillment Centers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to site-based facilities leads to ensure high performance via KPIs and SLAs.
• Act as an escalation point for safety, quality of service, and downtime incidents.
• Dive deep into service and asset performance data to identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in RME, Procurement, and Finance to manage costs and mitigate risks.
• Develop and lead pilots for new service initiatives and technology deployments before regional rollouts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organization.
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean analytical techniques.
• Proven track record of building processes, project management plans, and schedules.
