Regional Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facility operations across regional sites, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
• Manage CMMS work orders and support preventive maintenance programs to ensure assets are serviced on schedule.
• Liaise with external vendors for landscaping, security, waste management, and other facility services.
• Support regional compliance with EHS, sustainability, and building regulations through audits and inspections.
• Assist with space planning, occupancy tracking, and workplace experience improvements.
• Track facility expenses, submit invoices, and support budget forecasting and procurement.
• Participate in a scheduled on-call rota (1 week in 5) to provide out-of-hours support for emergency security or maintenance issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities coordination, maintenance support, or property management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Proficiency with CMMS work order systems (e.g., Brightly Asset Essentials) and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated region.
