Regional Experienced Talent Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a deep understanding of ExxonMobil’s businesses and build strong relationships with senior leaders to identify critical hiring needs.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring process rigor and efficiency in attracting top-tier talent.
• Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to ensure a polished and efficient experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
• Drive competitive advantage through strategic talent acquisition and business partnership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Extensive progressive recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions.
• Proven ability to source candidates independently and creatively beyond standard platforms like LinkedIn.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Ability to work effectively in teams, share responsibility for results, and provide/accept constructive feedback.
