Regional Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead retail performance across the region, ensuring sales, service, and operational goals are achieved across all showroom locations
• Support the execution of global retail strategy while tailoring approaches to local market needs
• Monitor regional sales trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Establish accountability through regular performance reviews, coaching, and KPI management for showroom leadership teams
• Ensure teams deliver high-quality consultations, strong conversion outcomes, and elevated aftersales experiences
• Support new showroom openings and regional expansion initiatives
• Lead and coach Showroom Managers to strengthen leadership capability and team performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Production, Marketing, and People & Culture to ensure operational support

Requirements

• Experience in a multi-site retail leadership, sales, or operations role, ideally within luxury retail or jewellery
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams across multiple locations
• Strong understanding of retail operations, client experience standards, and sales performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and develop leaders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing KPIs, labour investment, and sales forecasting
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
