Regional Equipment Manager

Responsibilities

• Hire, teach, mentor, and lead District Equipment Technicians in-person and remotely
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with key outside vendors for equipment service
• Manage and ensure the completion of all OpenWrench tickets for the region
• Maintain a clean and organized regional inventory and company vehicle
• Partner with regional leadership to ensure equipment meets organizational standards
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and amenities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and function
• Address facility maintenance concerns on social media platforms

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of equipment management experience
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership or management experience
• 1-2 years of vendor management experience
• 1-2 years of multi-unit management experience
• Technical skills in repair and maintenance of equipment and physical buildings
• General knowledge of HVAC and electrical equipment
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with CMMS systems and resource management software
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
• OSHA certification or training
• CPR and AED certification
