Regional Engineering Automation Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the EMEA Regional Engineering process automation roadmap
• Build, coach, and grow a high-performing team of controls engineers, machine designers, and builders
• Design and deploy fully automated machines in cooperation with external suppliers with strong technical oversight
• Create internal capabilities to design and deploy cost-effective tabletop and semi-automation solutions in EMEA
• Industrialize machines and core units developed in Technology into Manufacturing environments
• Partner with Manufacturing to deliver automation that reduces product cost and improves efficiency and reliability
• Drive cross-region alignment with NAFTA and APAC regarding standards and the transfer of proven solutions
• Ensure all machinery meets safety, environmental, and machine directive requirements

Requirements

• 5 years of engineering or manufacturing experience
• BS or MS degree in Engineering
• Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying innovative automation solutions
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects
• Experience working with contract automation or integration companies
• Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
• Fluency in both English and Polish (written and verbal)
