About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and execute the EMEA Regional Engineering process automation roadmap
- Build, coach, and grow a high-performing team of controls engineers, machine designers, and builders
- Design and deploy fully automated machines in cooperation with external suppliers with strong technical oversight
- Create internal capabilities to design and deploy cost-effective tabletop and semi-automation solutions in EMEA
- Industrialize machines and core units developed in Technology into Manufacturing environments
- Partner with Manufacturing to deliver automation that reduces product cost and improves efficiency and reliability
- Drive cross-region alignment with NAFTA and APAC regarding standards and the transfer of proven solutions
- Ensure all machinery meets safety, environmental, and machine directive requirements
Requirements
- 5 years of engineering or manufacturing experience
- BS or MS degree in Engineering
- Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying innovative automation solutions
- Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects
- Experience working with contract automation or integration companies
- Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Fluency in both English and Polish (written and verbal)
