Regional EH&S Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide professional EH&S support and direction to operational managers, supervisors, and field employees.
• Support the implementation of EH&S Management Systems, Cardinal Rules, and RAMS.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and assurance activities across London and the Southeast.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver EH&S training, toolbox talks, and operational briefings.
• Monitor performance trends and recommend continuous improvements to EH&S systems.
• Support construction safety and CDM related matters.

Requirements

• Experience within the lift and escalator construction and installation industry.
• Proven experience working on high-rise elevator installation projects.
• NEBOSH Diploma, Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent qualification.
• Qualified ISO Auditor.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safe systems of work.
• IT literacy with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Environmental qualification such as IEMA.
