About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the Americas Education & Training strategy, ensuring alignment with global brand direction.
- Design, implement, and refine brand education programs for retail partners and internal teams.
- Localize global training content for the Americas market, tailoring it to local trends and retailer needs.
- Partner with Field Sales Leadership to identify performance gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Develop and manage the regional education calendar, including product launches, roadshows, and field events.
- Oversee and track the education budget, managing gratis, collateral, and GWP planning.
- Conduct regular field visits and coaching to elevate artistry, service excellence, and brand standards.
- Implement training evaluation systems and KPIs to track knowledge retention and sales impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or sales roles within the beauty industry.
- Mandatory experience working with Sephora.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of beauty industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills within multifunctional teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
