Regional Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fulfillment of staff sales orders across the SEAO region, acting as the primary point of contact for internal purchases.
• Coordinate stock transfers between networks and markets to fulfill staff sales and e-commerce firm orders.
• Support daily e-commerce operations by handling delivery inquiries and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
• Manage packaging replenishments across various markets based on local needs.
• Create purchase orders for HQ and monitor deliveries to ensure timely receipt in the SEAO region.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels across all platforms and monitor automated workflows to prevent bottlenecks.
• Maintain meticulous records of transactions and operational KPIs, providing weekly and monthly reports on order volumes and statuses.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose workflow improvements.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or related functions.
• Proven experience managing a regional scope.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Knowledge of e-commerce backend systems.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
