Regional Distribution Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end site operations including receiving, put-away, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Drive site performance through KPI ownership of safety, service, quality, cost, and productivity
• Champion a proactive safety culture with a zero-incident mindset and full regulatory compliance
• Apply Lean Distribution principles such as 5S, Standard Work, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis to optimize processes
• Manage site budgets, expenses, and cost improvement initiatives
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team across multiple shifts
• Partner with Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Sales to align demand and capacity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution warehousing
• Proven ability to lead large teams and influence across organizational levels
• Demonstrated success in implementing Lean or Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP Hana
