About the role

Responsibilities

  • Educate and recruit Key Opinion Leaders from the OBGYN medical community
  • Represent company technology and service offerings to physicians and hospitals
  • Develop and execute plans for rapid product distribution
  • Create business plans based on sales goals, regional strategies, and tactics
  • Recruit, select, hire, and coordinate training for regional sales professionals
  • Provide coaching, direction, and constructive feedback to sales teams
  • Conduct field visits to support sales professional development
  • Design and implement territory alignment to maximize ROI
  • Establish positive working relationships with internal and external customer segments

Requirements

  • BA in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Background in medical or biological sciences
  • Minimum 3 years of physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.com

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical diagnostics
  • Experience in a genetics laboratory
  • Market knowledge and experience in reproductive health
