Regional Director-Supply Chain Finance

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for mid-market customer acquisitions and cross-selling/upselling opportunities.
• Plan and manage the sales funnel, prioritizing high-value customers to meet growth targets.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to understand working capital needs and structure appropriate Supply Chain Finance (SCF) solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations with customers to secure business.
• Coordinate with lending partners' sales and credit teams to ensure loan sanction and disbursement according to timelines.
• Forge new lending relationships to expand the capital network available to customers.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an NBFC, Fintech, or debt syndication firm.
• Proven track record of independently sourcing and acquiring mid-market companies (turnover < 1000 Cr).
• Deep understanding of the lending ecosystem and financial products within the SCF and SME lending space.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to negotiate complex financial deals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of ownership and a proactive, self-driven approach to problem-solving.
