About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team of Strategic Account Managers to drive Women's Health volume and revenue growth
- Design and execute comprehensive account strategies for key health systems to achieve protocol standardization
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with VP-level leaders, OB/MFM Chairs, and KOLs
- Partner with field sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver insight-driven client experiences
- Analyze market dynamics and account performance to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in diagnostic laboratory or genetics
- 5+ years in strategic accounts or major account management
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in diagnostics or life sciences
- Deep familiarity with health system dynamics and reimbursement landscapes (DRG, OPPS, PAMA)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as Stark and Anti-Kickback
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Ability to travel approximately 70% across the Western region
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Miller Heiman, SPIN, or equivalent strategic frameworks
- Proven track record of driving enterprise-level decisions in matrixed organizations
