Regional Director-Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of patient care and multi-site clinic operations within the Brooklyn/Queens region
• Manage multiple Clinic Directors to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency
• Monitor patient outcomes and ensure compliance with treatment protocols and documentation standards
• Provide mentorship and individualized coaching to Clinic Directors
• Design and implement business strategies to meet clinic goals
• Conduct regular clinic visits to observe, audit, and course correct
• Collaborate with senior leadership on clinical performance initiatives
• Coordinate staffing needs with Clinic Directors
• Maintain regular communication with the outpatient team including OT, Acupuncture, and Speech
• Track and report clinic performance metrics
• Conduct annual performance reviews

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience within an outpatient healthcare setting
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a multi-site healthcare environment
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Proficiency in managing performance metrics
• Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel
