Regional Director, Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for concierge emergency and urgent care clinics within the region
• Oversee leadership teams, front desk coordinators, radiology, lab, and clinical support teams
• Manage oversight of 5+ medical centers and house call operations
• Develop and execute short and long term strategic operating plans and KPIs
• Ensure facility management adheres to cleanliness and OSHA protocols
• Partner with Regional Medical Director to improve processes and clinical integration
• Manage internal operating protocols and ensure compliance with licenses and certifications
• Analyze workflows and develop staffing models
• Monitor annual operating budgets and regional membership renewal rates
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure patient records in Athena and Salesforce

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of experience in physician practices, urgent care centers, or hospital service lines
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
• Working knowledge of EHRs (Athena) and CRMs (Salesforce)
• Proven track record of high patient and employee satisfaction
• Strong process improvement and financial management expertise

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, MHA, or related advanced degree
