About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of account executives selling to enterprise-level companies
- Recruit, hire, and train a winning sales team
- Provide accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting to senior management
- Manage sales pipeline and mentor opportunities through the sales process
- Partner with field marketing and demand generation to execute successful campaigns
- Manage significant client escalations and issues
- Implement strategies to expand existing accounts and capture new logos
- Collaborate across functions including Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Development
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role with enterprise software
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance sales teams
- Experience achieving ambitious revenue targets
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Experience in the storage industry is a plus
