Responsibilities
- Build a network of partnerships with law firms throughout a multi-state territory
- Lead and mentor a team of 6-10 Referral Managers across multiple metro areas
- Develop monthly team goals and success plans
- Hire new Referral Managers to scale the team
- Organize sales meetings, events, and internal training seminars
- Create a pipeline of relationships across multiple states to develop leads
- Track and record metrics throughout the sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals and expectations
- Travel monthly to various territories to support Referral Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of experience building relationships in a B2B sales environment
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Strong team development and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Ability to use financial data to inform business decisions
