Responsibilities

  • Build a network of partnerships with law firms throughout a multi-state territory
  • Lead and mentor a team of 6-10 Referral Managers across multiple metro areas
  • Develop monthly team goals and success plans
  • Hire new Referral Managers to scale the team
  • Organize sales meetings, events, and internal training seminars
  • Create a pipeline of relationships across multiple states to develop leads
  • Track and record metrics throughout the sales process
  • Meet and exceed financial goals and expectations
  • Travel monthly to various territories to support Referral Managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of experience building relationships in a B2B sales environment
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Strong team development and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Ability to use financial data to inform business decisions
