Regional Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple home health agencies to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Develop and execute regional strategies for census growth and market expansion
• Recruit, develop, and mentor Branch Directors and operational leaders
• Ensure all locations are survey-ready and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations
• Own regional financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Partner with clinical, sales, HR, and executive leadership to drive aligned outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3+ years of home health leadership experience
• Experience managing budgets and analyzing financial performance
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Multi-site or regional oversight experience
