Regional Director of Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for strategic priorities and system-wide initiatives across several communities.
• Lead Regional teams and Executive Directors to drive operational, financial, and strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Partner with company leaders to support integration and acquisition activities aligned with the strategic growth plan.
• Champion internal growth through succession planning in partnership with Human Resources and L&D.
• Collaborate with community leaders to develop sales mindsets and strategic marketing plans to achieve occupancy growth.
• Manage operating efficiencies, expense controls, and achieve NOI, entrance fees, and flow-through goals.
• Meet with investors and board members to provide updates on the financial health and growth of assets.
• Develop and implement annual operating and capital budgets and forecast monthly/quarterly P&L statements.
• Travel regularly to community locations across multiple states in the Northeast.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent related professional experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing people leaders.
• Proven operational leadership experience within a Senior Living community.
• Demonstrated experience in multi-site oversight of Senior Living operations.
• Knowledge of multi-state regulations and a strong understanding of SNF operations.
• Understanding of the operational differences between for-profit and not-for-profit structures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active participation in industry agencies such as Argentum, MA ALA, or CALA.
