Regional Director of Continuous Improvement & Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of continuous improvement initiatives across regional distribution center operations
• Partner with leadership to assess operational performance, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions
• Drive measurable improvements in safety, service, compliance, productivity, and cost
• Apply lean and industrial engineering methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC, Kaizen, and 5S
• Lead distribution center design and optimization, including layout, storage strategy, and material handling equipment selection
• Develop business cases, financial models, and investment recommendations to support capital and operational improvements
• Build and manage a multi-year continuous improvement roadmap aligned to regional and enterprise objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Progressive leadership experience in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or operations within a distribution or manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions and regions
• Experience building and executing strategic roadmaps and driving organizational change

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification
• Deep expertise in warehouse and distribution operations
• Experience with automation, labor management systems, and network optimization
• Knowledge of regulatory environments (e.g., cGMPs)
• Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset
