About the Company

NORY is NYC's largest early childhood STEM education organization, offering engaging, hands-on summer camps and school-year programs for children aged 3–12. Our curriculum spans a broad range of STEM subjects, from robotics to woodworking, all designed to foster self-driven, purposeful learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for NORY’s expansion into the SF Bay Area
• Forge and maintain high-value partnerships with local schools and community stakeholders
• Spearhead localized marketing and community outreach to drive family enrollments
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a high-performing local team of educators and site leaders
• Oversee regional operations, including budget management, P&L accountability, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with NYC headquarters to maintain brand alignment and operational best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in educational program management or camp operations
• Proven track record in business expansion or educational program growth
• Experience recruiting and managing multi-site teams
• Deep familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area educational landscape and school systems
• Ability to travel regularly within the Bay Area and periodically to NYC
