Regional Director

Responsibilities

• Help set financial and operational goals for attorneys and staff
• Monitor performance in real-time through KPIs and dashboards
• Resolve roadblocks for attorneys and staff by managing support from corporate departments
• Direct vision, training, technology, and support to ensure teams achieve targets
• Promote positive employee morale and a performance-oriented culture
• Report and communicate department goals and progress to stakeholders

Requirements

• 7-15 years of corporate experience managing people
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and creative approach to problem solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Salesforce environment
• Proven track record of successful project delivery
