Regional Director, Mid-Market Sales

Responsibilities

• Build, recruit, and manage a team of 5-7 high-performing Mid-Market Account Executives
• Drive revenue growth by instilling sound pipeline generation and prospecting practices
• Accurately forecast and deliver on monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets
• Oversee day-to-day AE activity while setting clear performance expectations and goals
• Coach team members through the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing
• Develop talent through thoughtful feedback and continuous professional development
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to represent the Navan value proposition

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in direct sales leadership or management within a technology company
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the Mid-Market or Enterprise space
• Proven track record of achieving individual and team sales targets
• Proficiency with Salesforce for accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Experience hiring, training, and scaling talent in a high-growth environment
• Ability to function effectively in a "Player/Coach" capacity
• Bachelor's degree preferred
