About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the field team, fostering a collective dynamic focused on performance
- Monitor individual and collective results and develop team skills
- Ensure the application of commercial strategy and achieve financial objectives
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 pharmacies through sell-in and sell-out activities
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing training and merchandising support to pharmacy teams
Requirements
- Over 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmacy sector
- Proven managerial experience
- Experience working with large accounts, significant pharmacies, or national pharmacy groups
- Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with the regional market
- Comfortable working with figures and data
- Based near Toulouse with a valid driver's license (Permis B)
- Autonomous, organized, and team-oriented
