Regional Director

Responsibilities

• Manage all center operations including RFP implementation, company policies, quality assurance, and financial initiatives
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets to ensure EBITA goals are met
• Maintain relationships with DOL, state legislators, and political leaders
• Oversee quality assessment and performance improvement activities across the designated region
• Support Center Directors to ensure all internal and contractual metrics are met
• Develop business and Community Based Organization partnerships
• Lead staff development and professional growth initiatives
• Participate as a key strategist for business retention and new business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Services (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible management experience
• Five plus years of supervisory experience with at least five direct reports
• Proven ability to manage systems, processes, and people at an executive level
• Ability to travel locally and out of state
• Relevant professional licensure or certification if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Workforce Services industry
• Experience managing 3 to 4 Job Corps Centers
• Corporate leadership experience
