About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all center operations including RFP implementation, company policies, quality assurance, and financial initiatives
- Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets to ensure EBITA goals are met
- Maintain relationships with DOL, state legislators, and political leaders
- Oversee quality assessment and performance improvement activities across the designated region
- Support Center Directors to ensure all internal and contractual metrics are met
- Develop business and Community Based Organization partnerships
- Lead staff development and professional growth initiatives
- Participate as a key strategist for business retention and new business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Services (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible management experience
- Five plus years of supervisory experience with at least five direct reports
- Proven ability to manage systems, processes, and people at an executive level
- Ability to travel locally and out of state
- Relevant professional licensure or certification if applicable
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Workforce Services industry
- Experience managing 3 to 4 Job Corps Centers
- Corporate leadership experience
